The 420 meet up at Victoria park in London ended on a sour note when a man was arrested for smoking pot from a pipe. He handed the officers papers claiming he was a licensed medical marijuana user, but the cops claimed his papers were expired.

One woman in particular was very upset and gave the cops an earful. While you can appreciate her passion, she got a little off topic at points.
